Neurology is the branch of medical science that deals with the nervous system and its diseases, including various acute and chronic disorders of the central nervous system, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Myasthenia Gravis, Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease. Globally, neurological disorders are highly prevalent and have many different causes, ranging from neurodegeneration to abnormal autoimmunity.
Immunology is the branch of medical science that deals all diseases and disorders of the immune system, including its structure and function, such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and fibrotic diseases. Globally immunological disorders are highly prevalent, chronic and progressive in nature resulting in high unmet medical need.
